1 – Mango squash
Ingredients
Peeled mango cubes – 2 kg
چھلکا اترا ہوا آم
Sugar – 1 kg
چینی
Water – 1 liter
پانی
Lemon juice – 5 tbsp
لیموں کا جوس
Salt – 1/4 tsp
نمک
Cooking Instructions
- In a pan add sugar and water mix well
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until syrup th’ickness
- In a blender add mango cubes, grind well to make a puree
- After the syrup gets thick add Lemon juice and Salt
- Strain Mango puree into the syrup using strainer
- Mix well and cook for 10 -15 minutes on a medium flame
- Cool down Mango Squash
- Mango squash can be stored in air tight jar in refrigerator for 1 month
Mango squash drink
- In a jug add 4 cups of chilled water
- add 1 cup of mango squash, mix well
- In the serving glass add ice cubes and mango squash
Mango squash is ready
2 – Frozen Mango Yogurt
Ingredients
Frozen mango cubes – 4 cups

Condensed milk – 1/2 cup
میٹھا دودھ
Strained Yogurt (thick) – 1 cup
پانی کے بغیر چھنا ہوا دہی
Cooking Instructions
- In a chopper add frozen mango cubes, condensed milk and yogurt (strain)
- Blend the ingredient until it is smooth
- In air tight container add blended mixture
- Cover the lid in a freezer till 10 to 12 hours or overnight
3 – Mango Trifle
Ingredients
Mango cubes – 2 cups
آم کے ٹکڑے
Mango pulp – 1 cup
آم کا گودا
Cream(kishta) – 2 packets
کریم
Milk – 1/2 liter
دودھ
Custard powder – 3tbsp
کسٹرڈ پاوڈر
Sugar – 1/2 cup
چینی
Green cardamom powder – 1/4 tbsp
سبز الائچی پاوڈر
Red jelly – 1 packet
جیلی
Tea cake – 5 slices

Cooking Instructions
Custard Preparation
- In a pan add milk, Sugar and Green cardamom powder
- Bring it to boil
- In a bowl add custard powder and milk then mix well
- Now add dissolved custard and whisk continuously
- Cook until the custard is thick
- Cool down the custard
- Once cooled, add 1 packet of cream and mango pulp. Then mix well
Prepare Jelly
- In a pan add 1 cup of water and boil the water
- Add jelly powder and mix well
- Then add one cup of chilled water
- Put the jelly syrup into the container and store it in the refrigerator for 1 hour
Trifle Toppings
- In a bowl add cream, sugar (3 tbsp) and mix it with whisk
- Mix and add the cream into the Piping bag
- Now add layers with tea cakes,custard, Mango cubes and jelly
Delicious Trifle is ready to be served
