There is nothing better than having Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream as an evening delight.
Ingredients
All Purpose Flour – 3/4 cup 100 grams (میدہ)
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp (میٹھا سوڈا)
Vanilla essense – 1 tbsp(وانیلا ایسنس)
Butter – 100 grams ( مکھن)
Baking Powder – 1 tsp (بیکنگ پاوڈر)
Eggs – 4 (انڈے)
Salt – 2 pinch (نمک)
Dark Chocolate – 1 1/2 cups (چاکلیٹ)
Coffee Powder – 1 tsp (کافی)
Honey – 1/2 cup (شہد)
Oil – 3 tbsp (تیل)
Coco Powder – 1/4 cup 60 grams (کوکو پاوڈر)
Instructions
Add Chocolate into Hot melted Butter
————Beat with Hand Beater———-
Add Egg, Honey, Vanilla Essence & Oil
————Beat with Hand Beater for 5 minutes———-
Now add melted butter and chocolate mixture
————Mix it lightly———-
Add Flour,Baking Soda, Baking Powder, coco Powder, Coffee & salt
————strain it using strainer(چھلنی)———-
Add Both mixtures now in one bowl
————Mix it nicely with Hand Beater———-
Add Chocolate chips and chocolate chunks
————It’s optional, add if you like———-
Grease the pan with oil and put butter paper. Oil again on the butter paper
add cake mixture and tap for 1 or 2 times
—-Bake @180 degree for 35 – 40 minutes—-
Honey Chocolate Brownie Cake is ready
Serve with Vanilla Ice cream
