Delicious and must have Chutnies in Ramadan

Ingredients
Imli Chutni
| Imli (Tamarind) | 300 grams |
| Water | 2 cups |
| White Sugar | 1/2 cup |
| Brown Sugar | 1/2 cup |
| Dry roasted Coriander Seeds | 1tbsp |
| Dry roasted Cumin Seeds | 1tbsp |
| Ajwain (carom seeds) | 1/2 tsp |
| Black Salt | 1/2 tsp |
| Chilli Flakes | 1tsp |
| Chat Masala | 1tsp |
Hari Chutni – Green Chutni
| Chopped Coriander (دھنیا) | 1 cup |
| Chopped Mint (پودینہ) | 1/2 cup |
| Green Chilli (add more for more spices) | 1 |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp |
| Cumin Seeds | 1/4 tsp |
| water | 3-4 tbsp |
Directions
Imli Chutni
- Add Tamarind pulp into the pot and boil it for 10 -15 minutes util it gets boiled.
- Once Boiled Let it cool down for some time
- Put the Mixture in the blender and blend
- Imli chutney is ready and you can store it for 1 month in the fridge
Green (Hari ) Chutni
- Add all the ingredients with some water in a Jug
- Blend it
- Put it in a pot.
Summary
Use Imli and Green Chutni are very delicious and quick to make. Use these chutnies with Dahi Bhallay (Dahi Vada) or Chana Chat
