Ingredients

Imli Chutni

Imli (Tamarind)300 grams
Water2 cups
White Sugar1/2 cup
Brown Sugar1/2 cup
Dry roasted Coriander Seeds1tbsp
Dry roasted Cumin Seeds1tbsp
Ajwain (carom seeds)1/2 tsp
Black Salt1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes1tsp
Chat Masala1tsp
Imli Chutni – Ingredients

Hari Chutni – Green Chutni

Chopped Coriander (دھنیا)1 cup
Chopped Mint (پودینہ)1/2 cup
Green Chilli
(add more for more spices)

Salt1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp
water3-4 tbsp

Directions

Imli Chutni

  • Add Tamarind pulp into the pot and boil it for 10 -15 minutes util it gets boiled.
  • Once Boiled Let it cool down for some time
  • Put the Mixture in the blender and blend
  • Imli chutney is ready and you can store it for 1 month in the fridge

Green (Hari ) Chutni

  • Add all the ingredients with some water in a Jug
  • Blend it
  • Put it in a pot.

Summary

Use Imli and Green Chutni are very delicious and quick to make. Use these chutnies with Dahi Bhallay (Dahi Vada) or Chana Chat
