Home Made Tawa Naan Bread | Super Easy Recipe

Ingredients

All Purpose Flour- 500 grams (میدہ)
Baking Powder – ½ tsp (بیکنگ پاوڈر)
Baking Soda – ¼ tsp (میٹھا سوڈا)
Sugar – 2 tbsp (چینی)
Salt – ½ tsp (نمک)
Yogurt – ½ cup (دہی)
Oil – 2 tbsp (تیل)
Luke warm water – ½ cup (نیم گرم پانی)

Cooking Instructions

  • Add All Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt and Sugar in a bowl and mix
  • Now add oil and yogurt and mix with hand nicely
  • Add some oil and cover the dough for 40 -45 minutes Keep it at warm place
  • Use dry flour and make small balls 10 minutes rest time for the balls
  • Roll out dough into the circle shape
  • When bubbles appear remove Naan from the pan and cook on flame
  • Crispy Naan bread is ready
