Ingredients
All Purpose Flour- 500 grams (میدہ)
Baking Powder – ½ tsp (بیکنگ پاوڈر)
Baking Soda – ¼ tsp (میٹھا سوڈا)
Sugar – 2 tbsp (چینی)
Salt – ½ tsp (نمک)
Yogurt – ½ cup (دہی)
Oil – 2 tbsp (تیل)
Luke warm water – ½ cup (نیم گرم پانی)
Cooking Instructions
- Add All Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt and Sugar in a bowl and mix
- Now add oil and yogurt and mix with hand nicely
- Add some oil and cover the dough for 40 -45 minutes Keep it at warm place
- Use dry flour and make small balls 10 minutes rest time for the balls
- Roll out dough into the circle shape
- When bubbles appear remove Naan from the pan and cook on flame
- Crispy Naan bread is ready
